Description 詳情

The BRI's tactical role in the strategy of China's rise may be different than what you have come to believe, read, or been taught. The fundamentals for China, the CCP, and the BRI are critical; unless you get each of those correct, all that follows, be it education, policy, national security, trade or business strategy—all miss the mark. An American business lawyer with extensive practical experience with the BRI and dealing with business firms competing with Chinese SOE’s shares his perspective.

David Day is the Chairman of the American Bar Association’s Belt & Road Task Force, which deals with complex issues that run the gamut from international business & trade, needed hard and digital infrastructure development of smaller & poorer nations, geopolitics, corruption, espionage and national security.
