Following China’s recent barrage of incursions into Taiwan’s air defense identification zone, experts and officials on both sides of the Pacific are analyzing the risk of military conflict and options for keeping peace in the Taiwan Strait at a time of significant pressure on US-China relations. A virtual panel of practitioners and experts will assess possible future scenarios for the region through the lens of strategy, diplomacy and the law. Co-convened by the Reiss Center on Law and Security and the U.S.-Asia Law Institute at NYU School of Law. This event has been approved for 1 New York State CLE credits in the category of Areas of Professional Practice. The credit is both transitional and non-transitional; it is appropriate for both experienced and newly admitted attorneys.
