Immediate Past President·MIT
Prof. Rafael L. REIF is the immediate Past President of MIT from 2012 to 2022. Before that, he served as the Provost of the institute from 2005 to 2012. He sits on the boards of the World Economic Forum, the Carnegie Endowment, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Broad Institute. He received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Stanford University.

Prof. SHI Yigong 施一公
Founding President·Westlake University 西湖大学创校校长
Prof. SHI Yigong is the Founding President of Westlake University, China's first private research university, and a leading figure in structural biology. Prior to his current role, he served as the Vice President of Tsinghua University. He received his Ph.D. in molecular biophysics from the Johns Hopkins University.

Prof. Tony F. CHAN became the President of the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in 2018, after nearly a decade as president of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). He serves as a member of the Board of the Future Investment Initiative Institute; King Abdulaziz City of Science & Technology; the Biotechnology City Initiative of Riyadh among others. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Caltech.
