Join the ICI for a two part event examining how the U.S. and China can join forces to face universal problems that affect global stability and endanger the world’s most vulnerable people. The first panel from 7:00-8:00pm, on Health and Climate in China, is sponsored by the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations.
Following the panel discussion, at 8:00-9:00pm ICI will host a talk by JENNIFER TURNER, Director of the Wilson Center’s China Environment Forum, entitled “Same Bed, Different Dreams: Is There a Path to Revive U.S.-China Climate and Environmental Relations?” Drawing on over two decades of experience working with U.S. and Chinese government agencies, NGOs, think tanks, and companies on green issues at the Wilson Center, Jennifer Turner will share front-row stories and insights about an ever-changing “green” U.S.-China relationship that often extends well beyond formal bilateral agreements.
